The text on the label is predefined. But we can change the default display language according to the Service Desk default language. If customer has multilingual environment, such as English, Chinese, Greman, French, you may set culture to specific user, so after login, the display language will change accordingly.
For further information, you may refer to: How to change system/user default culture to make time format change accordingly? Such as date format in reminder.

thanks for the reply,
After logging in, there are no problems.
my problem is before login, webaccess is displaying text in the local language and not in English
Try below steps:
tps.config files located as below also need to be changed:
- <add key="SystemCulture" value="en-GB" />
Change the value to disired such as en-US, en-GB, en-CH etc.
the language of the login page is related to the primary language of your browser. So if you want to change the language of the login page you have to change the primary language of your browser.
After you have done this, you have to restart the browser and check it again!
I installed a browser in English and the page is presented in English,
thanks for the answers
