    Analyst doesn't have group permissions, but I added her to the group. (new user)


      Please bear with me. Our main LANDesk person is out for the day and unable to be reached. I'm currently in training, and reading the manual.


      I added a user as an analyst in a group, her roles match those in the specific group, but she cannot see the same buttons on the service desk. How do I give her permissions so she can see the specialized interface created for that group?
