      Hi,

       

      I'm sure somebody will know the answer to my question, currently running Landesk version 7.8.1.

       

      I have a Service Desk user that is quite new to the organization.  He can open up calls without issue, the only problem he has is when he wants to "Add a task" to a call.

       

      Upon clicking this button, the application freezes and crashes (closing the app).

       

      I have checked the following.

      Roles

      Groups - which all mirror his colleagues,

      tried using the application on a new work station, same issue

      completely deleted the user (soft deleted) restored issue still persists.

       

      Anyone have any thoughts on this.
