I would suggest adding a new field to the data model, Time Since Resolved (Days). Then, you can create a filter "Time Since Resolved (Days) Greater Than or Equal to 10".
If you need assistance with the logic of the expression for this field, I just need to know what Service Management product you are using and which View you want this for.
