Please open a support ticket on this issue and we will look into it and resolve this for you..it may require a new license..

I still have issue with the licences, despite the fact that I checked a hundred time the spelling, the case, etc.
When the licence has been registered, I selected the "universal telnet client", as Motorola or Symbol were not listed... I think the error come from here.
How can I proceed to a licences exchange ?
