I currently have a scenario where in i have to create an Incident and close the request ticket on the an Action saying "Is Incident Ticket". The ticket should be automatically create and linked to request. For the above i am using an automatic action instance in process designer.
Now the problem is i want fields from the Request ticket to be passed to this incident ticket. I am unable to figure out how to do the same.
