I am experiencing some issues with my user that only staring occurring today (or the users only noticed today)
My user has extra privileges as I am the administrator.
On Service desk, when I add gadgets, etc.. changes are made across all users (this is ok as it has always worked this way). I have created a gadget for Incident workload where I have placed a filter on Category and let the user choose the required category to filter.
As of today, if I select a category with my user, whatever is selected, appears for all users.
Any ideas why this is occurring?
