    Include image from ticket html description in outbound mail from Landesk Servicedesk


      When I send a mail with html-description from a ticket, the images included in the ticket are not showing in the mail sent out. The images are viewed correctly when looking at the ticket in webdesk or BridgeIt, but are not attached correctly in the outbound mail. Is this a setting somewhere so I can inline images in outgoing mail?
