    HTML tags displaying in emails for requests but not incidents




      I've been looking through previous posts for the solution to my problem but can't find the solution.


      My problem is that when our LANDesk sends out email notifications for requests it sends the email and displays the HTML tags instead of using them. When it sends emails out for incidents it sends the HTML email properly and doesn't display the HTML tags.


      In the mail settings I have "Send mail as HTML" ticked:



      and just like in the incident object the request object's Body String SubDataType is set to HTML:



      Am I missing something? I have no idea why this is happening for the all the request notifications and none of the incident emails have this problem.
