    Number for Records (Incident, Change, Request)


      Hi All,


      Currently on our system, the tickets are separated by Modules (incident, request, change, etc..)


      I was curious to know if it possible to have for example, one unique number for a request.


      At the moment, if I search for an incident with the number "1000", ill get a "1000" incident, "1000" request, "1000" change, etc...




      Is it possible to have only 1 record with that number, so each record having there own number?


      This is to facilitate work for analysts.
