Yes, I did see that post, but everything looks okay. Provisioning is working fine for all other computers. If it was a cert problem, I think I'd be seeing issues on every computer. We are using LANDESK 2016 SU4. I also tried deleting one of the laptops from the database, but I still receive the same error.

We see this issue frequently with Surface devices but happens with other systems as well.
This happens when the bios/uefi time is not correct. The TLS certificate will be denied because the client believes the time is wrong from the server.
We have found on surfaces the only way to fix it is to boot it into the OS that shipped on the device first so that it can sync up the time from the MS NTP. Once it is synced up then we are able to pxe boot and image properly.
