When looking at the logs, the first question i always ask is what lead you to, 1 start using ConnectPro and 2, after implementing connectPro what lead you to investigate the log files?

Logging in ConnectPro is mainly for Dev use and meaning behind every entry has not been recorded.. these usually only make sense to Developers when debugging ConnectPro issues..

We were forced to use ConnectPro, because sessions were lost and valuable data was lost with it. we set up the ConnectPro log level to Debug from the start. and when we still got a session connection lost i sent this to you.

So please, what d these log lines tell you? Is there a list of errors with some explanation? Where do we have to look?

              with kind regards.

the logs only indicate that the server is cleaning itself up.. it does not give indicators as to why you are experiencing the problem(s).. The next step would be to take a network capture to see where the closures are coming from.. In most cases ConnectPro attempts to keep both sides of the session open.. When a FIN packet is sent, the sessions will close.. ConnectPro does not fix network related issues but rather it attempts to keep one side open so a reconnect will allow the user to continue where they left off..

You can use wireshark or similar wire capture utilities to analyze the packets going back and forth. This will give you a better understanding of whats happening on the network..
