    Clock not stopping when record is out of "Support Hours"

      Hi All,

       

      I am currently verifying how we have our support hours configured, however I cannot understand the function of this. I thought that the count will only commence once the time was within the support hours.

       

      I tested placing the support hours only 2 min (The count should only count 2 minuntes)

      This was not the case as the count ignored the support hours and continues to count.

       

      Any ideias if I am missing any configuration?
