    Creating ticket for user or as user in WebAccess

      So, we're trying to move to WebAccess from the application version of ServiceDesk. When in WebAccess, when the "New Incident" shortcut is clicked, we can create a new ticket, but there is no way to select a user who is requesting service or on their behalf like we're able to do in the application.

      What needs to be modified or added and where for us to be able to select a user?
