First, you'll want to make sure you have the 'Continue on install failure" inter-package action included.
Next, on the target device, go to the ldclient\data folder. You will find sdclient.log and you will find sdclient_taskxxx.log The latter log will have the task id in question enumerated in the log name. There should be a separate sdclient_taskxxx.log for each individual package in the bundle. This will be your best source of info on the failure.
I would also suggest turning on xtrace and verbose logging on the client before running the task:
Finally, if you are using LDMS 2016, you would likely have much better success using Rollout Projects (How To: Get Started Using the New Rollout Projects Tool for Software Distribution) or conditionals (if\else statements) inside of a provisioning task (How to use Conditionals in LANDESK 2016 Provisioning) instead of a Software Distribution bundle with nested prerequisite queries.
