    change text of an action in ticket history

      Hi,

       

      Can we change text of an action in ticket history??

       

      Example: Action is Add Assignment on the ticket. On clicking it assignment window is opened to do assignment. After ticket assignment is done, it is recorded in history as Add Assignment along with a number. Is it possible to change the history text as Assignment Done while keeping the action text same.
