Basically an empty (does nothing) refreshnow.exe executable that can be leveraged by e.g. a startmenu shortcut to it, where EM can execute certain actions based on the process start trigger.
With the Environment Managers' PowerShell capabilities it’s possible to compile the exe on the fly, and therefore not needed anymore to copy the file around because you can create it whenever you need it. So you can create it e.g. at computer startup.
Also with the parameters support at process start triggers in EM you can create multiple shortcuts to the file with different parameters that are executing different process start trigger out of EM.
