    LaunchPad LPM Workflow

    Apprentice

      Hi,

I have installed the SP2 of 8.8 and I woulk like to configure the LPM workflow for software approval and distribution via the LaunchPad.

The rest of the LaunchPad works fine.

The problem is when I start "configure process manager" from the tool "Link Management" (LaunchPad), the Process designer open but I cannot find my workflow. The designer is empty. I only see the workflow for the Patch Management (working fine).

Is there a way to import it or open it? What I'm supposed to do to have the workflow visible into the Process Designer.

      Many thanks for your answer.

      Regards

      Lionel

          Hi,

I have found the solution, the XML file for the workflow are under:

          C:\Program Files\LANDesk\Process Manager\DatabaseManager\DBUtilScripts\LANDeskIntegration

inside this folder there is the workflow xml files allowed with the free version of LPM (Patch & software request). Then,  from the designer just cretae a folder into the Workflow explorer and then import the XML file regarding your language.

That's it. I don't know why it doesn't work from the console directly...

Thanks a gain for your help

          Regards
