Looks like Google have changed something with Chrome (or I have not noticed this and therefore I could probably make do without flash) but it appears even if you are using MSI installed Chrome with system managed updates the pepper flash player updates to the users local profile and so is blocked by trusted ownership rules:

AppSense Application Manager denied execution of 'c:\users\xxxx\appdata\local\google\chrome\user data\pepperflash\20.0.0.267\pepflashplayer.dll [Hash:489a687d1caee91a4d0d02009f9ba04470127707 Size:29245120 bytes] [ProductVersion: 20.0.0.267] [FileVersion: 20.0.0.267] [Product Name: Shockwave Flash] [Company Name: Adobe Systems  Inc.] [Vendor: Adobe Systems Incorporated] [File Description: Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0]' on 'xxxx'.

Can of course fix with a rule but thought you might like to know!
