    CCA agent upgrade from 8.6.602.0 to 8.7 SP1

      I am trying to understand who to perform the update of the CCA client agents which are already installed.

      Client PC's have CCA version 8.6.602 deployed. ( original install was agent push from the console)   In the management console, 8.7  I change the client version to 8.7 sp1.

      Now PC's in this group all have status  Mangement Center Agent 8.6  Upgrading to "Agent 8.7 Sp1 Pending Install" status.

      After multiple reboot PC's stay with the same status. 

      What I am missing ?
