    Receiving an alert code 1620 when installing

      Good morning guys,

      I'm still relatively new to AppSense and Insight so forgive me if I sound like a newb.  However, I'm looking for some type of clarification.  Currently my site is deploying Insight out along with AppSense in audit mode only and I'm seeing a rather large number of failed installs.  We are deploying AppSense and Insight out with LANDesk and the failed client deployments are showing this alert:

      Package 'Insight Agent (x64)' was INSTALL at 2016/10/18 07:25:37.872. The operation failed at 2016/10/18 07:26:40.451 with status '1620'.

      Any suggestions would be appreciated.
