      How do I add a button showing "Open Ticket" option to the LANDesk service ticket Incident for the End User to select?

          I don't think you can directly, but if the user is already on the self service portal, they should be able to open the incident up from that.  If you mean having some sort of button in an email, then you can construct the link to open an incident using process approver (there are other methods too, but that one is easy), make sure the hyperlink it produces works for them and then change the mail you send to wrap in a hyperlink or similar around that text.
