Can I just clarify what you mean? You have existing attachments on a ticket and when you open them they are not displaying? If so, it sounds like you need to add the Attachments collection to the ticket window being used and set the property for that collection Show on Tab to be true. Then WebAccess will run the default query for attachments and display the results at the bottom of the window. The standard one is a bit basic, but you can write your own and set that to be the default by changing the default query property for the Attachment object. if you mean something else, just say!
