    How to create Knowledge article from Incident Resolution window?

      Hi,

       

      I have a resolution action on Incident window. On clicking the action Resolution window open which has CREATE KNOWLEDGE ARTICLE checkbox. When I check the checkbox knowledge article must be created but it is not happening so. Can anyone help??
