    Creating sub tasks

      Hi, I'm using ServiceDesk 2016.2 and I want to create Sub Tasks for Tasks in the Request management module.

      I used the object designer to drag Task to itself (Yes to the question) and set the Action to be called Add Sub Task.

      Has anyone else tried this? Is there anything I need to look out for that won't work or be unsupported?

          Perfectly legit IMHO.  I've done this and I've also added Incident to Task so that from a task you can link to a new incident.  The only issue I found was making sure any conditions in process designer took account of this structure
