    Add raise user on the fly in a incident\request form

      Hi All,

       

      Wondering if someone could help.

       

      I am using version 2016.2 and have an AD import for the raise user. The issue is that our finance department get a lot of 3rd party suppliers that contact and as such are not listed in the drop down menu of users to select.

      In the old versions of LANDesk (e.g 7.7.3) you could click the Raise User label and create a end user on the fly inputting name/email/location details so a call could be raised. I'm wondering how to get this feature in the current 2016.2 BridgeIT (workspace) version?

       

      Any help would be appreciated.
