We have setup on our test system a process whereby end users can reply to authorization emails which when sent to a specific mailbox automatically approves the request and moves it to the appropriate status/support group.
However when we've gone back to look at the request there doesn't appear to be any way of seeing who actually approved it? We've checked the history and all the notes/updates have been triggered by 'system'
we've had a look at the mappings and there is a From field but unsure if this is the right way to do it and also where to actually place it on the request (subject and body are already applied to Notes Title/Description respectively).
Anyone have any ideas?
