On our Incident and Request forms in SerivceDesk, we have the Customer and Asset Number items hyperlinked, so that when they are clicked on the related record is shown.
When we were on 2016.1, both of these were shown in a popup form.
However, now in 2016.3, the Asset Number causes navigation away to a separate form rather than using a popup.
This is rather inconvenient, especially when creating a new ticket as it means that clicking on the asset number link won't work until after the ticket is saved.
Is there any way to change things so that it works as it did in the previous version?
