Service Desk version 2016.0
Our Knowledge module has optional actions on each status allowing for "add attachment" and "Add Keywords" however they throw a privilege error:
When I check the permissions under Modules>Knowledge Management>Process Related Objects>Article the roles displayed there do not appear to include any Create privileges available for me to grant access.
There are create privileges under Modules>Knowledge Management>Non-Process Related Objects however Attachment and Keywords are not listed as business objects.
When i'm logged in as SA I am able to perform these actions with no issue.
I'm probably missing something very simple here, any help would be appreciated.
