    Workspaces does not set a Response level when creating a new ticket


      Creating new tickets in the Console or WebDesk auto fills the response level of a ticket, but when creating a ticket in Workspaces it does not.  See below.


      We are using Landesk 2016.3


      Any idea as to why it is doing this?
