I am having issues filtering the support groups as shown in the Incident Assignment window group dropdown. I have tried applying a filter in object designer to the group collection and tried applying the filter to the group dropdown field in window designer, the filter has no affect. The filter works when run in report designer.
The criteria is to filter out specific support groups by name only as the groups are no longer required going forward but still have live incidents assigned to them so I do not want to outright delete the group.
Any ideas please?
