    How to disable auto email creation if Inbound email is part of CC

      Quick question, I have email mailbox configured in the landesk. example servicedesk@customer.com.

      When user send an email to this email servicedesk@customer.com, then system will auto create an Incident.

       

      My question if user send an email to another user but only CC servicedesk@customer.com, It will also auto create an Incident.

      Can we disable auto creation if servicedesk@customer.com is only part of CC ?
