    How to disable auto email creation if Inbound email is part of CC

      Quick question, I have email mailbox configured in the landesk. example [email protected].

      When user send an email to this email [email protected], then system will auto create an Incident.


      My question if user send an email to another user but only CC [email protected], It will also auto create an Incident.

      Can we disable auto creation if [email protected] is only part of CC ?
