Yesterday our notifications regarding "service requests" where working correctly. Analysts would receive a notification once a request was created indicating that it was assigned to their support group.
Yesterday, i was required to performed a test to live, and since then, the requests notifications are not being sent to the analysts (however, it is sent to the user that creates the record)

Any body have any clue why some notifications are working? On incident, all seems ok.
