Not sure this can be done so any thoughts greatly appreciated.
We have an attribute that holds the text when a call is assigned to another team. Some analysts are complaining that this text is not visible enough (even though it is contained in their notification email!), unless they click into the assignment history item.
The assignment is a status optional manual action and is on the status of "In Progress", so I can't put an Add Note automatic action into the process design to capture the text. I don't believe there is a way of doing it in the process as it stands.
Is there some way of adding athe text to the Notes collection from another attribute via calculation?
Again, any though greatly appreciated.
