We just had LANdesk installed and our CIO wants the approval actions removed from the KB system. We are a small shop. Basically If any of us create a KB it wont require approval and be made available. I have been Googleing and working with the Process Designer for a few hours now, and I am no closer. Below is a screen shot of a copy of our OOB process provided. Some of the changes I have tried...
- Cut out the items between Created and Approved. Created and Approved will not connect.
- Change Approve to an automatic action. Can not Connect the automatic action to Approve to Approved.
Can anyone shed any light or offer bread crumbs on how I can accomplish this? (Boot camp wont be until May)
