    When exporting an Incident to PDF, Suggested group & analyst are not shown if ticket is in the "closed" status

      Hi Community.

       

      On webaccess, when i try to export anIncident pdf, the suggested group and assigned analyst does not appear.

       

      This seems to be only happening in the closed status. I have tested with the resolved status and all fields are filled out correctly.

       

      Any ideia why, when exporting the pdf of the incident, if in the closed status, no suggested group or analyst is shown?
