we have a problem here that some of our analysts do not get the notification mail when e.g. a note or any other information is added to one of his tickets.
We tried this with a couple of analysts, some get the mails some not.
While having a look into the SQL-Table 'tps_user_message_receipients' we realized that the mails are even not generated as the table does not show
mails that have to be sent to these analysts.
The settings of the analysts in Landesk seem to be equal.
Any idea how to fix this?
