I used the following documentation to help download the appx files and then just worked out the rest for LDMS instead of SCCM. Hope this helps.

Use the “Deploy an Application from Windows Store for Business via System Center Configuration Manager” to download the needed software.
The .json is the language pack and the .bin will be the “encoded license” file. The encoded license is the only one that will work.
You will also need to download the “required framework” files. We only use 64 bit Windows 10 so that is all I download. Create appx packages for each one of these. Once done, you can create your main install package.
The main install package should be the .AppxBundel. Create the package as you would any. I named this the name of the name of the app you want to install. Under “Additional files” include the .json and the .ben file.
Then under “Dependent packages” you add each one of the “required framework” appx packages created.
