this is not a problem of your Windows PE, it's a PXE problem. But it would be helpful to get more informations about your client hardware and
the complete error message.
Is it this message "PXE-E16: Valid PXE offer not received" ?
I found this in HP forum: http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1189943
And this on Dell page http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ws730/ug/messages.htm :
PXE-E16: Valid PXE offer not received.
Client did not receive a valid PXE offer. This error is displayed for a number of reasons:
- There are no Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) or proxyDHCP servers that can receive the clients DHCP discover packets.
- There are no DHCP or proxyDHCP servers that can transmit DHCP offer packets to the client.
- The DHCP and/or proxyDHCP offer packets received by the client do not contain enough information to complete a remote boot.
I haven't seen your attachement... my fault.
It could be that your client has too less RAM, you need more than 256 MB! (I made the experience, that's better I've more than double image huge: 384MB)
