I have a requirement to count the number of customers that are logging Incident Tickets via our portal.
Lets say we have 1000 Tickets logged in a month, i need to find out how may different end users have logged those tickets (i.e a distinctive count of the users login tickets).
We are using Landesk Service Desk 2016
I have tried distinctive count but this only work for the ticket itself rather than the user in the ticket.
Is there a way I can achieve this?
