    How can we filter more than one colum

      Sorry we only went live two days ago so this may seem a stupid question.


      I need to be able to look at my calls by unassigned and in date order but I cant seem to do both, can someone please help me

          Hi HRG,


          if you've created the query in your Console, then you can add more that two levels of grouping. You can find the query in your Console in Query and Report Designer. There you can add two or more attributes for grouping.

          If the query has been created in Web Access, it might get difficult. Be aware, that if you change the query in the Console, the changes will be reflected to all users using the query.
