To make Landesk Service Desk installer esay to maintain, there is no stand alone TTL tool published anymore.
After install LDSD 2016.4, you may copy and paste the entire folder and run the Test to Live tool in it.
C:\Program Files (x86)\LANDESK\Service Desk\Console
Furthermore, here is a recording about TTL give by our consultant.
Hope this helps in someway.
If you are using 2016.4 (and possibly back to 2016.x) you just need these files from the console folder.
If you are testing 2017.1 beta at the moment I think you additionally need "System.Data.SQLite.dll"
If like me you've had major issues with TTL especially in the area of syncing object/config images and SQL 2016 support then being able to run a version of TTL outside of the main distribution has become a necessity if projects aren't to stall.
