    What do I need to update Configuration Management process in Service Desk?

      I am working with Service Desk 2016.4. It seems that a customer is in need of creating a simple lifecycle process in Configuration Management. All possibilities of changing/adding anything there are greyed out. Is there any license I can buy to make this available and workable (apart from Asset Central)?
