we have some issues with logoff policies and personalization.
For Troubleshooting we would Need a "Communication Matrix" for the EMAgent where we can see which communications happens on Login / Logoff .
What does the Agent Need for correct Login and logoff?
Does anybody know if there something like that in the documentation ?
