    Event Management- Exception Result (Object reference..) Can'not create ticket

      Dear All,

       

      I have a problem about event manager. I am build a configuration event for process incident, but the exception result can'not create ticket.

       

      Before i am create this discussion, many action try to this event work :

       

      1. Delete event and create again

      2. Restart this service event management.

      3. Restart this Appool

      4. IISRESET server

       

      This picture is my configuration test and exception result i get (Process Cannot be created: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.)

      any body can help me? for this configuration ?

       

      I used LANDesk Service Desk version 7.8.2
