    Enable\Disable Wireless connection issue

We are testing the configuration provided by Landon a year ago - Manage Wireless Connections and it works great until we shut down while connected to the LAN.  When restarted with no LAN connection the wireless does not get enabled on boot up or logon.  We have Windows 10 running with the power settings set to "Turn on Fast Startup".  However, when we uncheck "Turn on Fast Startup" and shutdown, the wireless is enabled on the next boot with no LAN connection.

Is there someway to generate a trigger or condition so that the config can check if LAN is disconnected at boot up?  We tried copying the Enable Wireless script to the Computer Startup but that did not work wiht Fast Startup option either.  Thanks!
