We have sold the above to a client who is offshore and loading on Zebra MC55 terminals. They appear to have loaded the licences incorrectly and, after contacting us, they have now tried doing it in the correct order, but it is not allowing them to do it. Is there any way that the registering of the licences on the devices can be cancelled so that they can now start the licencing process on the devices from scratch. I can forward the serial numbers and authorization codes. Your assistance would be appreciated.
If there are any more than 10 devices then I would highly recommend that you use the License server for distribution of the Telnet licenses rather than manually keying them in.

if they have the correct licenses and just input them wrong, delete all the licenses from the devices and start over or use the license server to manage them.. if they have registered for the wrong license type they will need to go through the var and have them correct the issue with Ivanti or the customer, if they are on the account to contact and correct the issue with Ivanti.
