    SSH timeouts

I have a customer using WT41N0 with TE and TC70 using velocity with Manhattan WMOS.

Which are using SSH authentication and are timing out after 5 minutes of inactivity and taking users back to log in screen.

I have looked into all device type settings changing power modes and CAM modes on the devices.

Has anybody seen this behaviour before or is there a way to keep an ssh session alive using the TE or Velocity?

I can almost 100% guarantee they're using an F5 loadbalancer with the default TCP inactivity timeout set to 5 minutes. Try connecting directly to the server (bypassing the VIP) and see if the 5 minute timeout still persists.
