Seems to have been caused when deployed an adobe cs3 product while another adobe product was open in the background.
Did this error happen to all clients or just a few? Were you able to reproduce the error again?
Did other package run fine against those clients?
i got the same error and it´s not an error of the landesk.
try to start the adobe cs3 setup manualy on the client an you can see in the setup windows that the client doesn´t have the requirements for the installation.
most i figured out: not the recommeded screen resolution, not enough disk space, not enough memory
