What's your DA version and content version? This can be checked under Help > about > More Info.
It's also worth noting in SU3 for 2016.3, we made an update to the warranty rule to use a newer version of the API used to get this info. I've seen this correct a few different issues with pulling down the warranty data,

Currently on DA version 10.3.1389 as part of management suite version 2016.3.3

Just wanted to drop an update on this. There was a 28 device limit due to an issue with how requests were presented to the Dell API. This has been somewhat addressed in SU4 for 2016.3. The recently released 2017.1 version also has this fix.
However, there's currently still an issue getting a valid response for more than 80 machines. We're currently investigating this and a defect has been opened internally.
